Features a pleated panel and handmade fabric flowers created in NYC. Each flower is sewn on by hand, made with love (and no two are alike)!

PLEASE NOTE: Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted based on coloring of fabric flowers. These flowers were handmade in NYC from up-cycled luxury Italian fabrics, and we do not have an even ratio of colors in stock. Some skirts may have more (or all) blue and brown florals, while others will have pinks, or multicolored florals.
