Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges: We strive to provide the best products, customer service, and overall experience here at Lost and Found Apparel. That said, we happily accept returns and exchanges placed within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that all products that you wish to return or exchange are in brand new, unused, unwashed condition with no damage and tags still intact. We do not offer refunds on any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged.

Refund Policy: Once return or exchange is complete and we've received your items, we will issue a refund for your order (excluding initial shipping and taxes). Shipping labels for returns and exchanges will be charged to your original form of payment.

Lost or Damaged Packages: For orders that are lost or damaged, please contact us via email (listed above) and we will resolve all losses and damages on a case by case basis. 

Cancellations: If for any reason you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately so that we can cancel your order prior to shipping. Once tracking number is added and/or order is shipped, we cannot cancel orders.

If a style suddenly becomes out of stock, we must cancel all additional orders placed for that style until we update product page. If an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, we will email you and offer a refund or store credit. 

International Returns: We do not offer international shipping or returns at this time.

FOR AGAPE DRESS AND STORGE SKIRT PLEASE NOTE: We also cannot accept returns or exchanges for color variations on custom items (Agape Dress and Storge Skirt). These items have handmade elements and we offer customization options on these pieces prior to shipping. If no custom colors are requested, we will randomize color scheme.
